Dr. Faiz Mahmmud PhD is the Chairman of ECL since January 2006 and also working as management personnel for Ford of Europe. He has done his PhD on Fuel efficiency of four stock engines and also responsible for approval of chassis design of ford of Europe. He is a six sigma master black belt level 2 and trainer for master black belt in Ford. He also has in-depth knowledge on ISO and other quality certifications. \u00a0<\/p>

Mohammad Monir Hossain, Vice Chairman<\/strong><\/p>

Monir Hossain is the Vice Chairman of ECL. He has a decade of extensive experience in IT products implantation challenges, supports and field level human resource management. Prior to ECL, he is also doing consultancy of various transport automation projects and currently working with one of the largest transport of Bangladesh Green Line Paribahan. In ECL he has successfully implemented and brought the only transportation portal, \u2018Paribahan.com\u2019, in operation and managing continuous support service. He is basically running the revenue engine of ECL from this transport sector. He has long track record of managing many ICT solutions development, deployment and support for different industries. Besides he also has experience in operations management, idea planning for new market development, marketing plan, human resources management, negotiations etc. He obtained his Graduation in Commerce and also completed various IT training courses before stepping in the IT industry.\u00a0<\/p>

Work Experience:<\/strong><\/p>

Working as Vice Chairman, ECL from June 2004\u2013 till date and also the co-founder of ECL, prior to this, he was the Director Marketing of ECL. He is also the co-founder of Paribahan.com: One-stop online ticket booking web portal for bus transports of Bangladesh along with back office automation and the operation is currently including the service of hotel room booking and tourism service with online transaction option using web, WAP and SMS. And co-founder of IBSS: – Integrated business support system for manufacturing & trading business. There are four different versions according to the business category. It covers HR management, Accounting, payroll, employee access control, purchase, Inventory management, production, sales and after sales support etc. Depending on the business domain and features the IBSS product got wide range different versions. And co-founder of freebdsms.com: – Bulk SMS service for corporate and general users along with sales tracking system using CityCell SMSC. CityCell power SMS solution is also backed by freebdsms.com.<\/p>

Amir Hossain is the Managing Director of ECL. He has a decade of extensive experience in IT products and intellectual properties. Prior to ECL, he successfully done consultancy of various IT projects in ECL, he has successfully implemented and brought the only transportation portal, \u2018Paribahan.com\u2019, in operation \u00a0and played team leader role in JICA clearing house project for RapidPass system(i.e single card for all transports of Bangladesh), advisory role to first mobile app store project of Bangladesh “EATL Apps” \u00a0and project management role in “National Portal Framework (NPF)” project of Government of Bangladesh under Access to Information(A2I), Prime Minister Office. He has long track record of managing many ICT solutions development, deployment and support for different industries. Beside his expertise in technical team management he also has experience in operations management, business planning, financial analysis, marketing plan, human resources management, negotiations, project management etc. He obtained his MBA in Operations Management and Bachelors in Business Administration focused in Management Information Systems and BBA in Management Information System with scholarship for his academic excellence. Paris Chamber, Asia Invest and European Union jointly selected and trained him the processes of Systems Software development From July 2007 to February 2008. He obtained 35 PDUs for Project Management Institute\u2019s PM Body of Knowledge standards and process training.<\/p>

Besides, he is one of the co-founders; also working as Managing Director of NeXT Business Management Services Ltd. Prior to that, he has worked as Project Manager at Meter System Development Department, Yazaki Meter Co., Ltd (Japan) from 1st<\/sup>\u00a0July 2003 to 20th<\/sup>\u00a0February 2010 and System Engineer at Yazaki Corporation (Japan) from 1st<\/sup>\u00a0April 2003 30th<\/sup>\u00a0June 2003. He has completed his bachelor in Computer and Information Engineering from Nippon Institute of Technology, Saitama, Japan in March 2003 and completed Japanese Language Course from Ryugakusei Bekka, Nippon Institute of Technology, Saitama, Japan in March 1999. In his career with Yazaki Meter Co. Ltd., he was the window person of meter system development team of Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation, Kawasaki, Japan and Project Manager of meter system development team for controlling hardware, software and design development, maintain QCDE (Quality, Target Cost, Development Cost, Delivery and Environment) and preparing product concept, specification, outline drawing and parts drawing and release, software spec, test reports, technical reports for customers and internal reports of project, maintain internal and external communication with multi cultural people around the globe and maintain ISO standard and international rules and regulations.\u00a0<\/p>
